How do they perform over time?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they’ve held up beautifully. The laces are intact, and the structure feels strong. Because they already look worn, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
These are the best sneakers I own. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose still come out on top. They include a built-in arch bump that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re handmade in small batches, so each pair is one of a kind. And the sparkle on mine? Stunning.
Would you buy again?
Absolutely! But I’d recommend waiting for a sale. They cost a lot, so getting them on sale is smarter. Still, I think they’re worth a few hundred bucks, especially if you get a pair you love. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also go with everything.
